Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials confidential, and use only your own account. We may restrict accounts used in a way that compromises the security, integrity, or fair operation of AIMSCon services.

Registration, workshop, abstract, and ambassador opportunities are subject to the requirements, dates, and decisions published by the organising committee. Creating an account does not reserve a place at the conference or in any activity.

Any fees paid for AIMSCon, including conference registration or workshops, are non-refundable.
