Code of conduct

AIMSCon 2026 is committed to a professional, inclusive, and respectful environment for every participant, speaker, volunteer, and organiser.

Expected conduct

Treat others with respect; engage in good faith; respect personal boundaries; and follow reasonable directions from authorised organisers and venue staff.

Unacceptable conduct

Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, unwanted sexual attention, threats, or conduct that disrupts the safety or participation of others is not acceptable.

Report a concern

Report concerns to the organising committee at aimscon.aimc@gmail.com. Reports will be handled confidentially where possible. The organising committee may take appropriate action to protect participants and the event.
