Submission Requirements

Max 500 words (excludes title, authors, affiliations).

English language only.

One (1) figure OR table allowed as separate upload via the Google Form.

All patient/identifiable data fully anonymized.

Methodology must state IRB/ERB/ERC approval status or justification (except case reports).

Case reports must state written informed consent obtained (patient / guardian).

Plagiarism will result in immediate rejection.

Keywords: include 3–5 relevant keywords in the form (not counted in word limit).

Authorship & Presenting Author

No limit on total authors per abstract. Provide full names (first + middle (if any) + last) exactly as you want them on certificates, separated by commas.

One Presenting Author (PA) per abstract. The PA must be an undergraduate medical or allied health student, available on-site 15 Oct 2025, and may present only one accepted abstract (others require reassignment to another eligible student).

Review & Presentation Formats

All eligible submissions are screened for structure compliance, anonymization, and plagiarism. Multiple Scientific Committee reviewers score and rank abstracts to ensure fairness.

Accepted abstracts will be assigned an oral or poster presentation format at the discretion of the Scientific Committee. Decisions are communicated with the acceptance notification.
